MEET TREVOR

Trevor takes on giants.
For nearly a decade prior to unrivaled government service, Trevor honed his skills as a litigator, navigating the complexities of commercial, civil, estate, construction, and domestic disputes. His reputation of integrity and legal acumen then led to his appointment as a trial judge by Oklahoma County District Judges and later by Governor Fallin. After managing a substantial civil caseload and trying dozens of jury trials, Trevor’s impact was soon felt in the Oklahoma County Juvenile Division, where he served as chief judge, and later on the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, appointed by Governor Stitt.
Called away from the bench, Trevor then served three years as General Counsel to Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt. Throughout his tenure, Pemberton played a central advisory and advocacy role in matters of historic concern. He participated in appellate matters before the United States Supreme Court and argued the State's interests before the Oklahoma Supreme Court. And his ability to navigate complex dynamics, along with his negotiation skills, led to numerous historic compacts between the State and Tribal Nations.. The recipient of an AV rating--the highest ethical rating as determined by peers--and awards for professionalism and service, Pemberton's integrity and gifted mind are renowned.
Beyond the courtroom, Trevor is an avid endurance athlete and deeply committed to his community. He is the founder of a non-profit organization dedicated to serving at-risk youth, has held leadership positions on numerous non-profit boards, and is a graduate of Leadership OKC. Today, he continues to influence the state as a member of Leadership Oklahoma. Through it all, Trevor remains a committed follower of the Way, guided by the principles that have shaped his life and career.
Raised in the heart of rural Oklahoma, Trevor Pemberton’s story is one of perseverance and a relentless pursuit of excellence. And his work ethic is second to none. Trevor’s academic achievements took him from the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a B.A., to Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he graduated with honors.
Trevor founded the Pemberton Group to profoundly impact individuals, his community, the state, and this great nation.
